Any balances held within duplicate Accounts may be forfeited in full.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your ma777 Account or any rights associated with it to any other party.
ma777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and general bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ma777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all affected bets will be void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. In the event that odds are published as a result of a palpable error — an obvious and verifiable mistake materially different from the correct market price — ma777 reserves the right to void affected bets without prior notice. The determination of what constitutes a palpable error is made solely by ma777.

Consequences: Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and recent Wagers, forfeiture of all Balance including bonus and real-money funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
ma777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to pass KYC verification; suspected underage access; or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ma777.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ma777 customer support. Requests for closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — are processed immediately. For standard closure requests, any remaining verified Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification requirements.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ma777 will notify the Account holder via the registered email address prior to applying a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of PKR 200 (or the remaining balance if lower), until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player logging in.

In no event shall ma777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
